Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that I can evaluate the issue and try to make it right. 


Custom Orders
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Due to the nature of the item being handcrafted, no two items will look exactly alike. All custom designs will be confirmed prior to starting. Once your design has been started, there are no changes allowed. 

 

Refunds
There are no refunds or exchanges unless the item was damaged in transit. Please contact me as soon as possible if your item was damaged. All of my products are handmade and should be handled with care. Any damage after you have received the item, I am not responsible for.

It is my goal to have every customer be 100% satisfied with their order. Please email me if you are unhappy or have any questions about your order.
